WBHC PPG is a group of patients and staff committed to working together to improve patient and staff satisfaction at all 3 GP Practices. 

The PPG is managed by a Steering Committee of (currently 5) volunteers spanning the 3 GP Practices. 

All WBHC patients and carers aged over 18 years are welcome to join. Membership is free and offers opportunities to attend PPG meetings to gain a better awareness of how your Practice operates and the roles of Practice staff. It’s also a forum to share your experiences, suggestions and ideas to deliver positive change.

Details of upcoming meetings and minutes are emailed to all members. There is no commitment to attend every meeting.
