The West Byfleet Health Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG) aims to promote good relations between Practices and patients and improved patient satisfaction across the 3 GP Practices at the West Byfleet Health Centre, working constructively with the Practice Managers and their teams.

The PPG has over 450 members and is managed by a Steering Committee of (currently 7) volunteers.

All WBHC patients and carers aged over 18 years are welcome to join. Membership is free and offers opportunities to attend PPG meetings to gain a better awareness of how your Practice operates and the roles of Practice staff. It’s also a forum to share your experiences, suggestions and ideas to deliver positive change.

Details of upcoming meetings and minutes are emailed to all members. There is no commitment to attend every meeting.
